MXPX

MXPX began back in 1992 in Bremerton, Wisconsin. MXPX consist of Mike Herrera (Bass), Yuri Riley (Drums), Andy (Guitar). Originally MXPX had the name Magnified Plaid and performed at parties, churches, public centers and other locations. Their blend of Pop/Punk came to the attention of indie label Tooth & Nail Records who released their first album Pokinatch back in 1994. After that Andy left the band and was soon replaced by Tom Wisniewski and then changed the name to MxPx. MxPx continued to record more albums but in 1998 Slowly Going The Way Of The Buffalo was released under a major label debut. MxPx's latest CD is Ever Passing Moment, ( Its a great CD and I recommend it!) which was released in 2000.
